RULES

First off…Here at JAGG Sports Breaks we send out ALL cards. You will receive ALL cards pulled for your team during each break. You paid for YOUR spot and YOUR team so they are YOUR cards.

+ HOW WE RANDOMIZE THE TEAMS

We will use random.org for all breaks.

We will roll 2 dice to see how many times we will randomize both the teams and the participates. Snake Eyes (1 and 1 on the dice) will default to 3 randomizations. The example below shows that both the teams and participants will be randomized 4 times each.

When randomizing boxes for a Half Case Break coming from a sealed case. We will open the case and lay the boxes on the table. Once they are laid on the table we will roll a single die. Before rolling we will notify which boxes will be opened depending on what is rolled. For example, for a 20 box case, when we roll the dice, 1-3 will be for the left 10 boxes, and 4-6 will be for the right 10 boxes. Whichever boxes are not used to this break will be used for the next half case break.

+ TRADES

After you received your random team you have an opportunity to trade with other participates if they choose to agree. We strongly recommend that you watch random breaks live so you have the chance to trade.

+ WATCHING JAGG BREAKS

JAGG breaks will be streamed on YouTube and will be posted to the YouTube channel right after in case you were unable to watch live.

+ WHAT CONSTITUTES A HIT?

Any Autograph, Relic, Autograph Relic or any 1/1 is considered a “Hit”. No numbered parallels higher then 1/1 are considered a Hit.

HIT

NOT A HIT

HIT

HIT

+ HITLESS TEAMS

You will receive 1 of the following for every spot purchased that goes hitless:

Hobby pack, Autograph, Relic, or Autograph/relic Card.

If it is a product with no base and you did not receive a Hit, you will still receive a hitless reward in the mail, unless otherwise stated in the Break Listing.

+ MULTIPLE TEAM CARDS

If a hit is pulled that has more then 1 team on it (i.e. dual relic/auto, triple relic/auto, quad relic/auto etc. it will be randomized between those teams.

For example using the card below. The card will be randomized to the teams on the card ONLY. We will list the Braves, Reds, and Angels in a random list on Random.org. First we will roll the dice, and then we will randomize the list however many times to dice shows. However if the dice shows a 1 and a 1 (Snake Eyes) we will random the list 3 times. So the minimum the list will be randomed will be 3 times and the most will be 12 times. Team on top of the list at the end of the final random will receive the card.

If there is a base card that is not numbered that has more then 1 team on the card

...it will go to the team that is on the left or on the top depending on the card configuration.

+ RETIRED PLAYER

...with no team affiliated with the card. It will go to the team they played the most games for in their career.

+ CARD WITH NO PROFESSIONAL/COLLEGIATE TEAM

...it will go to the team that player currently plays for. If they are retired it will defer to the retired rules above.

+ CARD WITH PLAYER IN A DIFFERENT UNIFORM THEN WHAT THE CARD STATES

...For example the card below would go to the Atlanta Braves, not the New York Mets

+ NON-SPORT HIT

If it is a hit that does not have a specific team in the break it will be randomized to all teams at the end of the break. For example, if there is a George Washington autograph during a normal baseball break it will be randomized. If there is a Jerry Rice auto in a baseball product it will be randomized etc.

+ MISSING CARDS AND/OR HITS

If a break is missing any significant cards/hits, we will contact the company (Topps, Panini, Leaf, etc.) from which the card was missing from and go through the steps of getting a replacement. For example, If we are missing a Framed Museum Autograph (Case Hit) from Topps Museum Collection Baseball. We will contact Topps and ask they send us a replacement. Whatever we receive from Topps will be randomized to ALL participants in the break NO MATTER WHAT TEAM the card is for. This is the fairest way for all participants since it was not from the case we broke. All participants will be notified when the random will take place, what card we are randoming, and then archived on our YouTube channel right after.
